Typically the deals we identify are in a sub-market or tertiary market of major metropolitan areas in the Southeast and Midwest of the United States. Our multifamily real estate deals come in two flavors: Value-add propositions returning between 10% and 20%, IRR or ‘Buy-to-Hold’ returning between 6% and 10%.
